Saturday Lunch

I love relaxing on Saturdays and this one I had all the ingredients for a unique pizza for a fun and different lunch.

I bought pre-made dough and rolled it out on my new dough mat. Next, cover the dough in pesto sauce (about 1/4 cup), and top it with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (also leftover). Cook some bacon slices (I used 6) and crumble those on top, as well as some baked some butternut squash, then top the whole thing with a 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 450 for about 20 minutes, and here you go:

It was a delicious and different way to use leftover ingredients.
